All credit card numbers are fully encrypted by Paypal secure servers. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. We do not store your credit card details on computer once the order has been dispatched.
We will process your order within 3 working days & normally endeavour to dispatch your items within this time, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery. We will keep you informed throughout the process should there be any change to the normal procedure. If you have an urgent delivery requirement, please contact us by either email or telephone. There is a standard postage and packaging charge of £6.00 including VAT on all orders below £25.00; these will be sent via Royal Mail. Orders between £25 and £99.99 will be sent via a courier and incur a £8 delivery charge. Orders of £100 or more bear no delivery charge at all.
Generally we will only accept orders from within England, Wales and Scotland. If you are enquiring from Eire, Northern Ireland and outside mainland UK please ask for details of your distributor.
All quoted prices include VAT of 20% where applicable.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 5 working days. Goods may be returned for refund within 28 day of receipt of order. The goods must be in saleable condition and must not have been used nor opened. If goods are being returned because they are faulty then we will reimburse your postage costs, if however they are being sent back for any other reason then we will refund the cost of goods only. We will refund your payment within 30 days of receiving them back.
When posting items back to us we strongly recommend using a signed-for service from the post office for your own security and peace of mind. Hayden Oils cannot be held responsible for returned items claimed as lost in the post.
